We are looking for two IT support technicians for an IT support organization within municipal operations. You will be part of the 1st line support in a team that assists employees in a broad organization with high demands for service, clear communication, and structured case management. The role involves close collaboration with IT colleagues and the operations, where work management and prioritization are handled by the responsible manager.

• Receive and manage incoming support requests via phone, chat, and email
• Provide professional responses and user-oriented support in office-related IT services
• Troubleshoot according to established routines and use the knowledge database for standard solutions
• Register, document, and follow up on cases in the case management system (TopDesk)
• Escalate cases that cannot be resolved in 1st line to the appropriate function within IT support

• Completed high school education/high school diploma
• At least 1 year of work experience in administrative work, for example in a service function/service profession
• Experience working in a case management system
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good experience using IT tools and support systems, as well as searching for information in IT systems to resolve cases
• Service-oriented and professional demeanor even in pressured situations
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks
• Good pedagogical ability to explain and adapt support based on the user's needs
• Ability to provide at least one reference assignment
